[Csmatters] Board of Regents meeting

I know that this has not been consistent within some of our other
documents, but we should clarify the levels that MCCE plans to facilitate
computing education initiatives. We have initiatives that cover
pre-kindegarten through college (primarily preservice and inservice teacher
certification programs). So, should number 13 state preK-20? Crossing these
sectors also validates our MLDS partnership.
