I don't see any omissions but have two questions.


Should it be clarified who Nancy is speaking of when she references we in items 8, 12 and 13?


Should the date of the governor's announcement be added to item 11?

I wanted to let everybody know that Nancy Shapiro asked me to come to the Board of Regents meeting this coming Tuesday -- it turns out that the BoR has to approve any USM-based center, and the MCCE hadn't been brought to them before.  I expect it will all go OK, and hopefully they won't think we were trying to pull one over on them. :-)  Nancy (who will give the presentation at the meeting) put together some notes about how the MCCE came to be, which I updated some and have attached.  Let me know if you think any important pieces have been left out or misrepresented.
