[Csmatters] Passed?

In normal words:

   1. Passed House, went to Senate.
   2. Passed Senate, but Senate added an amendment (the amendment was minor
and mostly about the way something was written)
   3. House didn't agree with amendment
   4. Senate receded

Don't know if this is totally passed and on the way to Governor just yet,
but basically we are there. So kind of anti-climactic - but I think we are
on the way to the Gov.

Not law yet - Gov needs to sign. And when he does... then we pop the
champagne!
