[agents] [AAMAS-2021] Early-bird registration deadline extension and programme preview

AAMAS-2021, the 20th International Conference on Autonomous Agents and
Multiagent Systems, will be held online on 3-7 May 2021. Over 800
participants have registered already.

As due to the pandemic we have been able to put much of the information
regarding the programme online only a few days ago, the organising
committee decided to extend the early-bird registration deadline, so
nobody will have to miss out on the opportunity to register for the
reduced fee.

You will continue to be able to register for the low registration fee of
$30 until the 1st of April 2021. After that date, the registration fee
will increase to $60.

Registration will give you access to all conference activities: keynote
talks, a panel session on "20 years of AAMAS", the pre-recorded video
presentation for 175 contributed papers and live discussions of those
papers, poster and demo sessions in a virtual meeting space, a doctoral
consortium, plenty of tutorials and satellite workshops, and more.
