[agents] Call for Participation: Autonomous driving competition at DAI-2020

As part of the DAI-2020 <http://www.adai.ai/> (http://www.adai.ai/) conference
in October, we will be holding a competition related to single- and
multi-agent autonomous driving. You can learn more at
https://www.drive-ml.com and in the attached pdf. Huawei's generous support
provides both compute for the competitors  and cash prizes to winners. We
