CALL FOR WORKSHOP PROPOSALS
*********************************************************************
The 17th IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium (NOMS 2020) will
be held on 20-24 April 2020 in Budapest, Hungary. Held in even-numbered years
since 1988, NOMS 2020 will follow the 32 years tradition of NOMS and IM as the
primary IEEE Communications Society's forum for technical exchange on
management of information and communication technology focusing on research,
development, integration, standards, service provisioning, and user
communities.
NOMS 2020 will feature a number of workshops to further disseminate fine-tuned
research, that are organized around the main conference theme: Management in
the Age of Softwarization and Artificial Intelligence.
IEEE/IFIP NOMS 2020 invites proposals for one-day or half-day workshops, which
will be held prior or immediately after the main NOMS 2020 Technical Program.
The main purpose of the NOMS 2020 Workshops is to provide a forum for
evaluating new frontiers in research, development, integration, standards,
advance service provisioning, and user communities addressing smart and
hyper-connected environments, virtualization, programmability in native
softwarization of networking technologies. All workshops would need to
complement the main conference theme and topics that include management of 5G
and Beyond Networks, Fixed and Mobile Networks and Services, Clouds, Vertical
Eco-Systems, Converged network operations and seamless secure services.
