[Lycia] Not able to get to Lycia software

Prof. Adali,

  When I try to download the software from the the page specified, I keep
getting an error "Enter a Valid Description of at most 50 characters" no
matter what i put into that last form field.

  If possible can you email the software to James and I as we would like to
take a look at it tonight and tomorrow to see if this is the direction we
are planning to take for this project.
