      We are going to propose that NSF fund several conferences as part
      of its INCLUDES initiative (see  <a
        href="https://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2017/nsf17111/nsf17111.jsp"
        class="" moz-do-not-send="true">https://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2017/nsf17111/nsf17111.jsp</a>).
      The ultimate goal is to increase the participation and success of
      individuals with disabilities in STEM. The capacity-building
      institutes will focus on building knowledge and skills for making
      research, instruction, activities and products of INCLUDES and
      other projects welcoming and accessible to people with
      disabilities and how multiple stakeholder groups can collaborate
      in support of the project goal. Participants will help create
      online materials that can benefit others as they strive to reach
      the project goal.

      <div class="">As we finish up the proposal I would like some idea
        of who (individuals/organizations) might want to send a
        representative to an on-site meeting in Seattle (with expenses
        covered by grant funds) and engage in an online community. </div>
