on the Standards for CS Educators Stakeholder Advisory Council (including myself). I believe they plan to solicit public input during the 2018 ISTE Conference.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">Additionally, ETS has developed a Praxis exam for CS educators and I believe that Pearson is working on an exam as well. The first administration of the Praxis
exam will be in Fall 2018. I know that Dave Benedetto, </span><a href="mailto:David.Benedetto@doe.nh.gov"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">David.Benedetto@doe.nh.gov</span></a><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">,
developed a set of CS teacher standards for New Hampshire if you would like to contact him. There may be other states as well.

program without CS teaching standards. Many states are facing the same dilemma. You might want to share the information that I have provided with your higher education institution. Waiting until the CS teacher standards are revised will delay the opportunity
for Maryland CS educators to take a methods course in-state.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
