<div>As our leaders across the United States and Canada, I want to let you know on behalf of the whole Board of Directors that tomorrow morning we will announce Jake Baskin as the next Executive Director of the CSTA. </div>

<div>Jake is a former high school computer science teacher and long time CSTA member who brings great experience, enthusiasm and vision to this role. He has a demonstrated track record in bringing together educators, policymakers, and employers to expand computer
science education. At CSTA, I know he will bring a focus on supporting K-12 teachers.</div>

<div>I also want to give a huge thanks to Interim Executive Director Deborah Seehorn for all the work she’s done to lead CSTA through this transition.</div>
