We have a skype meeting scheduled for
this Wednesday evening, but since most/all of us will see each
other next Monday in Columbia, I propose that we skip the
Wednesday meeting and just talk in person -- unless anybody has
time-critical issues. This last proposal push has been a lot for
all of us, and some of us also have the meeting in Annapolis on
Wednesday morning, plus I have evening meetings on both Monday and
Tuesday of this week -- so I could really use the night off!

The plan for next Monday's meeting is for the broader group to
come from 9-11 and then the rest of us will stay for a working
lunch until 1 or 2pm. I was thinking that we could go over to
AIDA for lunch if that sounds good to everyone.

Angie emailed me today to say that she can't make it on Monday
after all because of a meeting conflict. She also had said she
could go to the ECEP meeting in January, but then emailed just the
next day to say she checked her calendar and has to be in NY
then. It seemed like an odd coincidence that she backed out of
both meetings, but maybe it really is just a coincidence.

Meg, can you send a confirmation/reminder to the 9-11 group,
figure out the headcount for the working group, and see if you can
get a reservation at AIDA for us at 12:30pm? That will give us
some time to work together before heading over to lunch. Let's
also touch base about providing some snacks for breakfast (they
have coffee/drinks in the kitchen so that part is easy). (Let me
know if you have any questions about who's coming for which group
-- I think it's in the master plan and/or an email trail.)
