I glanced at the leadership-structure document but it's a bit
complicated and I'm not entirely sure how it maps onto Maryland.<br>

<div dir="ltr">Building on feedback from the state survey, and
through questions about mini-grant application leadership
requirements, we developed a document that outlines suggestions
for the structure of ECEP leadership teams. You can access the

<div>While we understand that each state will develop a
structure that meets their strategic plans to address
broadening participation in computing, there are some key
aspects to the ECEP state leadership team structure. This
document defines ECEP leadership teams, and suggests a path
for the creation of state-wide steering committees.

</div>
<div>Thank you to ECEP leaders in CA, SC, PR, and NV for
reviewing the document and providing input that reflects
actual practice within states. As you review the information
in this document, and continue to build your state teams and
committees, please let us know what is working well and what
your obstacles are. I am happy to discuss any questions you
have about developing or growing your leadership teams. Feel
free to email me with suggestions to strengthen this
document. </div>
