[Csmatters] Fwd: Maryland Computing Education Summit Date

We are working on getting the additional classroom in the theater building
or the health building. We most likely will not have the same classroom for
morning and afternoon, but we will have the theater, the lounge next to the
theater, and the multipurpose room all day. They sent the quote quickly to
let us know of the price changes from last year.

I will go to the other venue to see the space and find out the prices on
Thursday morning next week. We might need to not serve breakfast and just
have lunch to cut down on the cost in that venue.

Other than Loyola, all of theater venues are not available on the 18th or
20th. Loyola has not responded yet.
