[Csmatters] Fwd: ECEP mini-grant supplemental funds available

It was suggested to ask for funding to continue to engage with our larger
steering committee leading up to the state funding on July 1st. We also
need a higher education subcommittee meeting which was somewhat launched
during the summit, but we need community college, HBUs, and independent
schools to weigh in on the pre-service and master level program reforms.
Finally, we can possibly hold regional meetings in June for administrators
or work to be included on any upcoming MSDE admin meetings.
