[Csmatters] a page for MCCE

Can a landing page be created for the MCCE? I created this in the summer
when I applied for an EdCamp grant to support a Scratch Meetup, it's far
less than perfect, but I like the way it looks. Do we have talent that can
put up a place holder home page for MCCE on the CS Matters website? Content
can be the same as the CS Matters home page for now.
