The invitation to attend the CS for All summit celebration on 10/17 was
sent to me since I submitted the paperwork.
I think that whoever goes should fill in the application (MUST be done by
9/12) for the Maryland Center for Computing Education. I believe the
invitation is for the organization, not for me personally. Code needed to
access your ticket: CSforAll-Academia.Ticket

There is no mention that I can see of them offering to provide any
financial support to send somebody, this is all I see in the FAQ:

They have arranged hotel blocks with a few different hotels in the area.
Please note that it is important to book your accommodations prior to the
designated date to receive the group rate:

Join us in St. Louis for the 2017 CSforAll Summit: Celebration as we
celebrate progress and announce new commitments to CSforAll! This
invitation and access code is non-transferable. As space is limited for
this event, we kindly ask that you RSVP by September 12th.

A few important things to note:

   -

   This invitation is for the Summit Celebration on 10/17 only. Those also
   receiving invitations to the School District Workshop on 10/16 will receive
   notification and registration information separately.

   You must claim a ticket to confirm your spot at the Summit. This event
   will be at capacity and only confirmed attendees will be admitted.
   -

   Each individual attendee must register separately.
   -

   Participants should plan to arrive at the venue by 8am on 10/17 to
   register, receive credentials, and get seated. The program will begin
   promptly at 9am, with the doors closing 5 minutes prior.
   -

   Summit participants are responsible for their own travel and
   accommodations in St. Louis. For your convenience, we've arranged group
   rates with several nearby hotels. Please note that rooms must be booked by
   9/22 to receive the group rates; details can be found on the Summit
