[Csmatters] Rewriting the intro to lesson 1-1

After watching the teacher teach outs today. I want to rewrite the first
part of lesson 1-1. It can be used in a very confusing way that doesn't
seem to connect to the lesson.

I want to start with the warmup that is in the activity, put the blown to
bits summary after that activity, and move the salary problem to a
different lesson as an optional activity to illustrate the concept of
exponential growth.

Anybody disagree?
