Our master plan doesn’t list who is going to SIGCSE. early registration ends January 15. Will the project be able to pay our registration fees?

> It is our pleasure to announce that registration for ACM SIGCSE 2018 is now OPEN! In order for your paper to be offered at the conference, at least one presenter must register for the conference. Please let us know immediately if you or your co-authors are unable to present your submission at the conference so we can withdraw it.
>
> More about the conference: Full-time students can have their registration fees reimbursed by volunteering to help run the conference; they should start by visiting https://www.cs.ubc.ca/~sigcse/sigcse/user/index.php.
> Other participants can now register at https://www.regonline.com/sigcse2018. Early registration rates are in effect through January 15.

> We have a great symposium embracing "cs for all" at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Maryland, USA on February 21-24. The exhibit hall will be packed with the latest in hardware, software tools, textbooks, and educational programs and research. Never been to a SIGCSE symposium? Make this your first year and we'll treat you to lunch at our First Timer's Lunch!
>
> We hope this will be the largest SIGCSE in history, with lots of innovative sessions and inspiring keynotes. Among the innovations we've introduced:
> * A "TOCE and Sister SIG" track bringing papers from TOCE and sessions from other SIGs
> * An "Inclusion" track, bringing diverse communities together
> * Many more poster sessions during the breaks
> * "Headshot" photo booth in the exhibit hall
> * Three paper tracks for better submission reviewing
> * Board games in the exhibit hall led by new Puzzles, Social, & Board Games co-chairs
> * Official Nifty track
>
> Please visit the conference website at https://sigcse2018.sigcse.org/ for transportation and lodging information as well as the draft program. Book your girls now as they are filling up quickly!

> p.s. As people plan their travel, a handful of folks have traditionally come early to help stuff bags, which the registration team has helped coordinate. Due to ergonomic concerns, and the fact that "Visit Baltimore" folks gave us a great deal, we're experimenting with having their staff stuff bags this year, so there's no need to come early on Tuesday just for that. If you've already booked your flights, feel free to use the time to visit some of Baltimore's wonderful attractions: https://baltimore.org/
