[CSEE Talk] talk: Taylor on Sensor-based assessment of human motion, Noon 4/10, ITE459

Dr. Portia Taylor, a recent PhD from CMU and currently a fellow at
the Social Security Administration, will talk about her dissertation
research on "Sensor-based assessment of the quality of human motion
during therapeutic exercise" at Noon on Wednesday April 10, 2013 in
room 459 of the ITE building at UMBC.

At CMU, Dr. Taylor was part of the Quality of Life Technology Center, a
NSF Engineering Research Center dedicated to the development of
technologies for the elderly and disabled.  Her research interests
include machine learning applications in biomedical engineering,
intelligent systems for rehabilitation and physical therapy, and heath
information technology.
