Congratulations to Akshay for a very successful defense of his PhD thesis.
He got LOTS of questions and handled them well.  Over the years Akshay has
made significant contributions to a number of projects in the lab and he
will be missed.  But he's got a sweet new job so I'm sure he'll be fine!
