<p><strong>Publication</strong><br>
All ICTH 2025 accepted papers will be published by Elsevier Science in the open-access <em>Procedia Computer Science</em> series, available on ScienceDirect. Papers will be indexed by Scopus, EI Compendex, Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index, Engineering Village, and DBLP. The papers will include linked references, XML versions, and citable DOI numbers.</p>

ICTH 2025 will be held in conjunction with the 16th International Conference on Emerging Ubiquitous Systems and Pervasive Networks (EUSPN 2025). Papers reporting either completed or ongoing research are welcome.</p>
<p>The venue is Istanbul, Türkiye, a unique city straddling Europe and Asia and home to architectural treasures like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Istanbul is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a crossroads of cultures and civilizations.</p>
