[agents] [CFP] NeLaMKRR 2025: Bridging Language Models with Agent-Based Reasoning (KR 2025 Workshop)

Dear Members of the Agents Community,

We cordially invite you to consider submitting your work to NeLaMKRR 2025 -
the Second International Workshop on Next-Generation Language Models for
Knowledge Representation and Reasoning. This workshop will be held in
conjunction with KR 2025 in Melbourne, Australia, from November 11-17, 2025.

Given the agents community's expertise in multi-agent systems,
argumentation, and intelligent reasoning, this workshop presents a unique
opportunity to explore how these established paradigms can be integrated
with modern language models. The intersection of agent-based approaches
with large language models represents one of the most promising frontiers
in AI research today.

TOPICS OF PARTICULAR RELEVANCE TO THE AGENTS COMMUNITY:
- Argumentation and negotiation mechanisms in language models
- Agent-based reasoning architectures for LLMs
- Multi-agent systems enhanced with language model capabilities
- Formal reasoning injection into conversational agents
- Knowledge representation for intelligent agent communication
- Collaborative reasoning between human and artificial agents
- Applications in domains requiring agent coordination (healthcare, legal
systems)

The workshop welcomes both regular papers (up to 9 pages) and short
position papers (up to 5 pages), following the KR 2025 formatting
guidelines. We particularly encourage submissions that demonstrate novel
approaches to combining the robustness of agent-based systems with the
flexibility of modern language models.

IMPORTANT DATES:
- Paper Submission Deadline: August 1, 2025 (AOE)
- Notification of Acceptance: August 21, 2025
- Camera-Ready Submission: September 11, 2025
- Workshop Date: November 11-13, 2025
