*IAS-19 Call for Late Breaking Reports*

We are all invited to contribute with late breaking reports to the 19th
International Conference on Intelligent Autonomous Systems (IAS-19), which
will be held in Genoa, Italy, from June 30 to July 4, 2025.

Since the first edition in 1985, IAS has been a venue for original, novel,
and innovative papers with a theoretical or experimental flavor. For
IAS-19, we look for contributions centered around the theme “Ethical,
Responsible, and Inclusive Robotics”.

In addition to the main program that features contributed papers (scheduled
from July 1 to July 3) and to the workshops and tutorials (scheduled on
June 30), we are looking for late breaking reports that discuss new results
or work in progress.
Late breaking reports will be orally presented (approximately 5 minutes
each) in a dedicated session during the main conference, but will not be
part of the proceedings.

*Late breaking reports submission instructions*

Prospective authors can format their late breaking reports as they prefer
as long as they are in PDF, A4-size, and human-readable in print.
Late breaking reports length must be at most 2 pages and include title,
authors, and references.

Late breaking reports must be submitted to contact at ias-19.org.


*Important dates*

May 5, 2025 > Deadline for late breaking reports submission
May 9, 2025 > Late breaking reports acceptance notification
June 30, 2025 - July 4, 2025 > IAS-19 in Genoa, Italy
