Overview: 
International Conference on Smart Computing and Artificial Intelligence (SCAI) focuses 
on Smart Computing and Artificial Intelligence based applications, technologies and theory. 
AI and Smart Computing can play a key role in addressing environmental, economic, and social 
challenges in real life. Developments of Smart Computing and Artificial Intelligence fields 
are key aspects of solving the social problems. In order to provide solutions in such complex 
problems, research of AI and smart computing have focused on different AI and smart computing 
technologies including search, decision theory, Information retrieval, Agent technologies, 
optimization and predicting and learning methods. The applications of smart computing and 
AI could include e-commerce tools, decision-making support tools, collaboration tools, 
e-commerces as well as knowledge discovery and learning tools.

International Conference on Smart Computing and Artificial Intelligence (SCAI) will create 
an international forum for researchers and participants to exchange new ideas and 
practical experience in the areas of smart computing and artificial intelligence.

Notification of acceptance/rejection: May 10, 2025 (PST)
Cameraready due: May 28, 2025

IIAI AAI 2025 Congress dates: July 13-19, 2025

We encourage paper submissions in the conference format.

All submissions must NOT include the author's name(s), affiliation, complete mailing address, 
phone number, fax number and email address. Papers must be submitted in PDF format.

The following templates below, are general templates designed for conferences using an A4 trim size. 

Proceedings:
Accepted papers will appear in the CPS (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html) 
to be published by IEEE Xplore or IIAI Digital Library. 
Former publisher publishes the papers in technical & ICT scope (theory, development 
and application) and will be submitted to be indexed by SCOPUS, EI, INSPEC, DBLP and Thomson ISI. 
IIAI Digital Library publishes all other papers in the scope of the conference and will be indexed 
by Google Scholar and CrossRef with DOI. 


Conference Format
IIAI AAI is planned to be held on the onsite basis between July 13-19, because we recognize the 
importance of face-to-face communication by gathering together at the venue. For people who cannot come 
to the venue due to Covid-19 or other inevitable reasons, however, online presentations will be allowed. 
All online presentation will be scheduled on the 6th day (18-July).

Post Conference Publications: 
Selected papers are invited to submit the extended version of paper to 
some following post-conference publications.

- Information Engineering Express – International Journal (IEE)
- International Journal of Service and Knowledge Management (IJSKM)
- International Journal of Institutional Research and Management (IJIRM)
- International Journal of Learning Technologies and Learning Environments (IJLTLE)


Review policy: 
The submitted papers will be reviewed by at least 4 reviewers. 
The review criteria are evaluation of work impact and contribution, 
originality and novelty, relevance to the call of papers, significance,  
to theory and practice, readability and organization, technical quality 
and soundness, and overall evaluation with reviewer familiarity and confidence.
