IWPSS 2025 - International Workshop on Planning & Scheduling for Space

This workshop represents the 28th anniversary of the first IWPSS and is
the 14th in a regular series. For information and proceedings of
previous meetings see IWPSS main website.
IWPSS focuses on the challenges and opportunities facing the planning
and scheduling community when addressing the needs of a wide range of
space-based applications. We invite submissions on a wide range of
topic areas relating to space and planning and scheduling (broadly
interpreted) including: techniques and algorithms, applications to space
or aerospace, planning, scheduling, execution, knowledge acquisition for
planning & scheduling systems, embedded planning, scheduling, and
execution systems, validation of planning and execution systems, and
other general topic areas relating to planning & scheduling for space.

January 28, 2025 Paper submission*
February 28, 2025 Author notification
March 28, 2025 Early registration deadline
March 28, 2025 Camera-ready paper due (pdf)
April 23, 2025 Late registration deadline
April 28-30, 2025 Dates of workshop
*: If you need a bit more time to submit your paper, please do not
hesitate to contact us.
Types of submissions:
Full papers up to 8 pages (not counting references) or extended
abstracts up to 4 pages (not counting references), using the AAAI style
(Author Kit).
Presentation only submissions: IWPSS welcomes presentation of relevant
work that has already appeared elsewhere. Please submit the relevant
publication (workshop, conference, or journal) clearly marked
"Presentation only - appeared at ...". If it is accepted we will
include an abstract in the IWPSS proceedings pointing to the other
source and include a presentation slot at IWPSS.
