*Student Paper*
MCNA offers a distinctive platform for students at all academic levels to
showcase their continuous technical work and innovative ideas. This
occasion fosters meaningful interactions, enabling participants to receive
valuable feedback and suggestions from esteemed researchers in the field.
Moreover, MCNA aims to cultivate a global community of supportive students,
fostering social and intellectual engagement among students, researchers,
and professionals from academia, industry, and government. Students at any
academic level are encouraged to submit a concise paper (up to 4 pages)
summarizing their technical work, which may include ongoing research or a
technical project. Submissions will undergo thorough review by a program
committee, and accepted papers will be presented by the students during
oral or poster sessions (to be determined upon acceptance). The paper
should be authored solely by the student and their supervisor. Student
registration (a reduced registration) will suffice to cover this submission
track if the student is the attending individual.
*Originality*
Papers submitted to MCNA must be the original work of the authors. They may
not be simultaneously under review elsewhere. Publications that have been
peer-reviewed and have appeared at other conferences or workshops may not
be submitted to MCNA. Authors should be aware that IEEE has a strict policy
regarding plagiarism (
https://www.ieee.org/publications/rights/plagiarism/plagiarism-faq.html).
The authors' prior work must be cited appropriately.
*Proofreading:*
Please proofread your submission carefully. It is essential that the
language used in the paper is clear and correct so that it is easily
understood. (Either US English or UK English spelling conventions are
acceptable.)
*Submission System:*
Paper submissions will be handled through EasyChair
<https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mcna2025>. You need to select the
appropriate track for your submission. All authors should be listed in the
EasyChair submission with their correct affiliations and emails.
*IMPORTANT: No-Show Policy*
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the
conference and present the paper. Only registered and presented papers will
be published in the conference proceedings. A paper not presented or
presented by a non-author without prior written approval by the TPC Chair
will be removed from the final conference proceedings and no registration
refund can be made to the authors of these papers.
*Publication:*
All papers that are accepted, registered, and presented in MCNA and the
workshops co-located with it will be submitted to IEEEXplore
<https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/conhome/1838944/all-proceedings> for
possible publication.
