various aspects of digitalization. *Any work related to the Application of
AI to Cyber Security (and privacy), Autonomy, Governance, Ethics and Trust
falls under the scope of Digital Sovereignty. *To ensure your work aligns
with the scope of the book, We request that you focus specifically on
topics relevant to digital sovereignty. **Most AI and computational
applications can easily be linked to at least one aspect of this theme. For
example, if your AI solution is related to agriculture (e.g., Disease
Prediction Using Deep Learning in a Federated Learning Environment), you
could revise it to emphasize data privacy (e.g., Crop Disease Prediction
Using Deep Learning in a Federated Learning Environment: Ensuring Data
Privacy and Agricultural Sustainability). We further kindly ask you to
include relevant keywords and relate the Title, abstract, and at least some
parts of your paper to digital sovereignty as necessary.

Introduction

The book "Empowering Digital Sovereignty: Balancing Privacy and Global
