Dear Colleagues,

We would like to invite you for submitting papers to the 4th International Workshop on Architecting and Engineering Digital Twins (AEDT 2025).

The AEDT 2025 (https://dt-engineering.uibk.ac.at/) will be co-located with the 22nd International Conference on Software Architecture - ICSA 2025 (https://conf.researchr.org/home/icsa-2025) in Odense, Denmark, from March 31-April 4, 2025.

The AEDT 2025 aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to exchange ideas and discuss the latest advancements in Digital Twins Architectures. The workshop will cover a range of topics, including:
- Collaboration platform design for cyber-physical asset replicas
- Integrating system modeling, AI, and simulation for digital twins
- Managing digital twins throughout their lifecycle with physical assets
- Quality assurance of assets and architectures using digital twins
- Modeling socio-techno-economic traits of complex systems
- Developing solutions for co-evolving digital and physical twin architectures
- Evaluating industrial practices in digital twin architecture for fronts like Software-defined vehicles, Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0
- Linking digital twin modeling with continuous engineering
- Digital twins as enablers of autonomous systems
- Defining digital twins versus traditional models

We encourage you to submit original papers that address these topics or related areas. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and the accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings.

Below is a summary of the important dates:

Paper submission: December 20, 2024.
Author notification: January 20, 2025.
Camera-ready paper: January 27, 2025.

We hope that you will join us at the AEDT 2025 to share your research and insights with the ICSA community. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
