We are excited to announce that Student Volunteer (SV) applications for the 20th Annual ACM/IEEE International Conference on Human-Robot Interaction (HRI 2025) are now open!

Student Volunteers are at the heart of what makes the conference run smoothly, providing essential support for various activities (e.g., registration desk, technical assistance during presentations, demo setup/take down, and general assistance). This is an excellent opportunity for students to actively participate in one of the leading conferences in the HRI research community, expand their knowledge, and network with peers and researchers in the field.

We welcome students from all over the world and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds.

Key Dates:
*       Applications open: October 11, 2024
*       Applications close: December 20, 2024
*       SV Acceptance Announcements: December 27, 2024
*       Final Decision (Waitlist): TBD

For more details and to submit your application, visit: HRI 2025 Student Volunteer Program<https://humanrobotinteraction.org/2025/student-volunteer-program/>
