***Apologies for cross-posting***

Are you interested in the development and implementation of models of human decision, as well as in the implications of using such models? If yes, please consider joining the newly-founded Special Interest Group on Developing Models of Human Decision (SIG MOOD), which is organized under the European Social Simulation Association (ESSA<http://www.essa.eu.org/>). (registration form)<https://forms.office.com/e/a3YYR736Lv>
Models of human decision are one of the most central components and added value to numerous fields of research, such as Agent-Based Social Simulation, virtual companions, and cognitive science research. The design of such models requires the development of dedicated theories, models, implementations, and validation methods, as well as the exploration of the social implications of such research.
The main objective of the SIG is to bring together and support a community of researchers and practitioners that are bound by a common interest in models of human decision. The SIG will strive to offer a space for growing a social network, for discussing and presenting research and other initiatives relevant to the topic of the SIG, and for enabling any other relevant interaction (e.g. research visits, grant writing). The SIG is open to both academics and non-academics, regardless of their fields or level of expertise.

If you are interested in becoming a member of SIG MOOD, please register using this form:
https://forms.office.com/e/a3YYR736Lv
Please take contact if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions in regards to the SIG-MOOD.
Best wishes,
SIG MOOD coordinators:
