[agents] Student Travel Scholarships to attend ANAC @ AAMAS 2024 in Auckland

The 15th Automated Negotiating Agents Competition (ANAC) is one of the
official competitions of AAMAS 2024.

We plan to provide a few student travel scholarships to partially support
attending AAMAS for student participants of the competition. To be eligible
to apply you must be a student on April 14th, 2024 (the submission
deadline), you must have at least one submitted agent to one of the
competition leagues, and you must complete the application form available

by April 7th AoE

Other than the aforementioned scholarship, the competition provides
monetary prizes for the top performing agents.
