HARD-Deadline extension for Papers - Feb 16, 2024 (Final deadline, no further extension)

We are glad to announce that several contacts of our colleagues/authors for regular papers the deadline for submission is now extended for 1 week and we are happy to invite you and your colleagues to submit a paper and/or poster to the conference, as well as catching up on the last day for submitting proposals for workshops, special sessions and tutorials with the new key dates being: 

2024 Jan. 26 Feb.09 Feb. 16 - Papers submission for regular oral sessions  

Still open upcoming deadlines (and important dates):

2024 Mar. 08 - Deadline for submission of extended abstracts for posters  
2024 Mar. 08 - Notification of acceptance of workshops, special sessions and tutorials  
2024 Apr. 01 - Notification of acceptance of papers and posters  
2024 Apr. 12 - Final paper submission

The conference has a not-for-profit organisation, hence, registration fees are as low as possible and surplus will be made available in grants.  Best Papers and Booth Awards will be granted. Accepted and presented papers for regular sessions will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore and other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
