C-MAS2024: The Second International Workshop on Citizen-Centric Multiagent Systems
(held during AAMAS 2024, Auckland, New Zealand, 6th or 7th May 2024)
The Workshop on Citizen-Centric Multiagent Systems 2024 (C-MAS 2024) aims to explore alternative approaches to large-scale AI systems that prioritise the needs and preferences of non-expert citizen end users. In current AI systems, citizen end users are often seen as peripheral, assumed to be passively providing data and consuming services. By treating citizens as first-class agents, C-MAS enable sociotechnical solutions that are safe, trustworthy, fair and widely accepted. The workshop will draw on the latest research in multiagent systems and human-centred AI to promote a citizen-centric roadmap for the design and development of AI systems.
You are invited to submit a short paper (4-6 pages, plus one page for references, Springer LNCS format) describing work on one or more of the topics relevant to the workshop.
