Information Systems Engineering and Management (ISEM) is a book series that
publishes innovative and original works on the form of monographs,

systems and technologies by enterprises, citizens, and society for the
improvement of the socio-economic environment. This book series is
multidisciplinary, focusing on technological, organizational, and social
