[agents] European Agent Systems Summer School, EASSS 2023: Call for Tutorials

Dear all, on behalf of the EASSS 2023 scientific and organizing 
committees, I am happy to share the call for tutorial proposals for the 
23rd European Agent Systems Summer School (EASSS). EASSS 2023 will be 
held at the Faculty of Information Technology of Czech Technical 
University in Prague in the Czech Republic from July 17th to 21st, 2023. 
EASSS 2023 is organized under the auspices of EURAMAS, the European 
Association for Multi-Agent Systems.

EASSS tutorials are typically 3 hours long, divided into two sessions of
