[agents] Survey on changing AAMAS dates

Dear AAMAS community members, 

The IFAAMAS board(*) is considering moving the AAMAS reviewing period and conference dates. However, there are no ideal options because there are AI conferences all year round, and AAMAS will end up conflicting with some conferences. 

To help the board understand the preferences of the AAMAS community, we are seeking your opinion on choices for the AAMAS timeline that would be best for you and the community through this survey:

Please fill in the survey before **March 29**. The board plans to discuss this topic then and will also share the results of the poll with the conference attendees during the community meeting at the conference.
