[agents] AAMAS 2023: Call for Student Scholarships

We are thrilled to announce funding for AAMAS 2023 student
scholarships. These scholarships will assist in partially covering
travel and registration expenses for eligible students. To qualify,
you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at a higher
education institution, such as a university.

When allocating awards, priority will be given to students who are
listed as authors of a paper accepted for AAMAS 2023, including full
papers and extended abstracts at the main conference. Next,
scholarships will be awarded to students who have a paper accepted at
the Doctoral Consortium. If funding permits, we also aim to support
students from under-represented groups who do not have a paper
accepted.

Please note that attending the conference is a requirement for
receiving support. No funding will be provided for students who do not
attend AAMAS 2023.
