[agents] Save the date: Summer School on COMSOC in Amsterdam

I’m thrilled to announce that on 17-21 July 2023 we'll organise a Summer 
School on Computational Social Choice in the beautiful city of 
Amsterdam—much needed after such a long break. Please save the date! 
More details to be announced soon.

This is intended, in particular, for people doing a PhD in social choice 
(not only of the computational variety) or a related field, but others 
are very welcome too.

The scientific programme will include lectures by Vincent Conitzer, 
Piotr Faliszewski, Reshef Meir, Dominik Peters, Clemens Puppe, Anaëlle 
Wilczynski, and Zoi Terzopoulou, and participants will have the 
opportunity to present a poster. Of course, there'll also be a social 
programme.

To make the event affordable to as many people as possible, the 
registration fee will be very low and there will be the possibility to 
apply for travel grants for those who need them.

Registration will open sometime in February and close on 31 March 2023.
