[agents] Call for nominations: ESSA Distinguished Dissertation Award 2022

Dear colleagues,



The European Social Simulation Association (ESSA<http://www.essa.eu.org/>) makes its Distinguished Dissertation Award every two years, which is for the best PhD thesis by a student member of ESSA. If you have been or will be awarded a PhD in social simulation during the period March 2020 to February 2022, and would like your thesis to be considered for the Award by the ESSA Management Committee, please send a PDF of it in English along with your PhD certificate or evidence that you have passed your viva to Melania Borit (melania.borit at uit.no<mailto:melania.borit at uit.no>) by 20 March 2022. Submissions will be evaluated by the ESSA Management Committee, who reserves the right not to make an award if no suitable theses are received. The awardee will be announced at the 2022 Social Simulation Conference in Milan, Italy, 12-16 September 2022.
