We are looking for a postdoctoral Research Assistant for the project Artificial Social Intelligence to Support Human Teamwork. The postholder will help design and evaluate software for modelling and simulating human teams for use by an autonomous software agent which provides intelligent guidance to a team that improves team performance.
Specifically, the post holder will conduct research on creating and evaluating computational models that can be used to infer the cognitive and affective dimensions of the human team members’ models of each other, including a teammate’s attitudes about another team member. The work will involve collaboration with a large international effort across universities and companies and will be using the Minecraft environment as an experimental platform.
The post will be located at the Artificially Intelligent Social Agents Lab (Artisal) at the University of Glasgow.
