Postdoctoral Research Associate in Explainable AI
Lincoln Centre for Autonomous Systems Research (L-CAS) is looking to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Explainable AI to develop and deploy systems that use computational argumentation, and argumentation-based dialogue to explain their decisions. This post is partly funded by a project in medical decision support, but there is scope for the post holder to define the direction of the work. The successful candidate will have relevant experience and/or a strong interest in one or more of the following research areas: Explainable AI; human agent interaction; and decision making.

This post offers considerable scope for the post holder to define the direction of the work. The successful candidate will have relevant experience and/or a strong interest in one or more of the following research areas: Human-robot interaction; Social robotics; and Multi-robot systems.

Post Doctoral Research Associate (Field Robotics)
The University of Lincoln is seeking to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA) within Lincoln Agri-Robotics (LAR), the world's first global centre of excellence in agricultural robotics, recently funded by UKRI's Research England. Applicants should hold a PhD or be near to completion and should be able to demonstrate an excellent track record in Robotics and Autonomous Systems or a related field, including but not limited to: locomotion, grasping & manipulation and/or soft robotics. Specific experience in the agriculture domain is preferred but not required.
