Call for Papers- With virtual presentation opportunity

 

Special Session on Cyber-Physical Systems Security for Smart Grids http://www.ecres.net/files/ss/SS_C.pdf to be held in conjunction with the Eighth European Conference on Renewable Energy Systems (ECRES2020)- Istanbul/Turkey on 09-11 June 2020.

 

Position/Regular Paper Submission Deadline: 15 April 2020

 

Exceptionally, due to COVID-19, Virtual presentation will be made available for those that cannot travel to be able to present their papers.

 

Papers on practical as well as on theoretical topics and problems on various topics of interest are invited. Topics include (but are not limited to):

 

·      investigations of Smart Power Grid Environments

·      Investigation of Insider Attacks in Power Grid Environments

·      Malware investigations for critical infrastructures

·      New threats and Non-Traditional approaches for Smart Power Grids

·      Threat Hunting and Intelligence in Power Grid Environments

·      Incident Management and Analysis in Power Grid Environments

·      Machine learning applications in critical infrastructure security and threat intelligence

·      Privacy-enhancing techniques in Smart Grids

·      Evidentiary Aspects of Digital investigations in Smart Grids

·      Vulnerability Management and Assessment in Smart Grids

·      Hardware Vulnerabilities and Device investigations in Smart Grids

 

We encourage contributions describing innovative work in the realm of cyber security, cyberdefense, and digital forensics in Smart Grids.

 

Submission Guidelines

(maximum of 6 pages is tolerated). All papers submitted to https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ECRES2020 , please select the track under the name “Special Session C”. That is very important.

 



Submission of a paper implies that should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and present the paper in the Special Session. All accepted papers will be published in a special Conference Proceedings under an ISBN. Besides, the extended versions will be delivered to reputable journals indexed in Clarivate SCI, E-SCI, SCOPUS, EBSCO, and EI. You can check our previous journal publications from www.ecres.net . Please note that the official journal of the event, Journal of Energy Systems ( dergipark.gov.tr/jes) is accepted to be indexed in SCOPUS. All the presented papers will be directed to the journals for the peer-review process.
