[agents] Blue Sky Track @ AAMAS - Special announcement: Awards

[AAMAS 2020]

We are glad to announce that this year the Blue Sky Track at AAMAS will be
sponsored by the Computing Community Consortium (CCC).
  •  The best paper will be awarded with $1000 .
  •  Two special mentions (to be announced) - $500 each one.

The CCC mission is to catalyze the computing research community, enabling
the pursuit of innovative, high-impact research. The Blue Sky ideas support
(https://cra.org/ccc/visioning/blue-sky/) aims at helping conference to
reach out beyond the usual research papers that present completed work and
to seek out papers that present ideas and visions that can stimulate the
research community to pursue new directions.
This is the main objective of the Blue Sky Track at AAMAS too, putting
emphasis on visionary ideas, long-term challenges, new research
opportunities, and controversial debate.
