About Special session on New trends in machine learning FC 2018:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Machine learning is a scientific field of study that gives computer systems the ability to learn from data on a specific task, without being explicitly programmed. In the past decade, machine learning has given us self-driving cars, practical speech recognition, effective web search, a vastly improved understanding of the human genome, and many more use cases that have reshaped our daily lives. Since machine learning has great potentials of changing the way we live, move, and work, many new algorithms and applications of machine learning have been studied and discussed.
This special session is intended to present and discuss the new trends in machine learning. The objective of this special issue is to establish the state of the art for the most relevant problems in different application fields and to emphasize new efficient implementations by applying machine learning models. It is expected to address and report recent advanced topics of machine learning in both academic research and real-world applications.

All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings as one of Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) series published by Springer (indexed by EI and SCOPUS). In addition, FC 2018 features a special publication model for authors to extend their conference works to high-quality journals and books after the conference. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation and clarity of exposition. Selected high quality and presented papers, with 30-40% extension and revision, will be recommended to one of the top-rank journals. More details can be found on the conference website.
Paper Length: Each paper should have at least 4 pages, no longer than 12 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
Authors can submit their manuscripts through the Manuscript Tracking System at http://fc2018.expectfactory.com/
