research on all aspects of mobile systems, applications, and
services. Selected outstanding papers may be fast-tracked as
a special section of IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing.
All papers will be considered for the Best Paper Award.

MobiSys is a premier venue for researchers working in the area
of mobile and wireless systems, middleware, services, and
applications. Workshop papers will be included with the MobiSys
proceedings and published in the ACM Digital Library. We solicit
workshop proposals on new and emerging topics in the general area
of mobile and wireless systems, services, and applications.
