The MIND group (http://www.litislab.fr/equipe/mind/ <http://www.litislab.fr/equipe/mind/>) of the LITIS lab located in Rouen, Normandy, France offers a postdoc position for 1 year starting on january 2018.

The recruitment of the post-doctoral student is carried out as part of a work-package of the FEDER PlaIR 2018 project on the development of a portal for personalised access to legal documents. His task will be to define and implement a multiagent trust management mechanism built into a document annotation tool to enhance the relevance of annotated parts for a given user profile and a given search profile. Taking into account different profiles and exploiting the specific structure of legal documents will require the proposal of an original model of trust management. It will be operated by a software agent system deployed on the platform providing support, customization and recommendation services.

Profile:
Candidates will be required to have a PhD in computer science with desired skills and experience in multi-agent systems, trust management,reinforcement learning or information retrieval (not all of which require expertise in all of these areas, but at least one of them is required).

Conditions:
The contract will be for 12 months, starting in January 2018, with a gross monthly salary of around €2500.
The post-doctoral fellow will work in the LITIS office at the Madrillet campus in Saint-Etienne du Rouvray (Seine-Maritime).
