Call for Papers
TEAMAS workshop invites works from different disciplines tackling the topic
of teams that pertain to the design of algorithms, models, and techniques
to deal with team composition and agent and/or human collaboration within
teams. In so doing, this workshop aims to provide a forum for researchers
and engineers to discuss common issues that arise in solving agent and/or
human teams problems in different areas.
In particular, TEAMAS workshop encourages submissions on, but not limited
to:
•Formal team models,
•Team composition models and algorithms,
•Performance measures for teams,
•Benefits and disadvantages of team-building activities,
•Human-agent teams,
•Team communication models,
•Applications (e.g. crowdsourcing, human-agent teamwork),
•Teams’ dynamics,
•Team organization models,
•Teamwork in dynamic environments,
•Task allocation, task types and teams,
•Human aspects in teams (e.g. competences, personality, gender, age),
•Bio-inspired team models,
•Synergy in teams,
•Games that facilitate team composition or team interaction,
•Coordination and collaboration,
•Team assessment,
•Wisdom of the crowds,
• Judgment aggregation,
•Social choice,
•Multi-robot teamwork,
•Emergence;
Submission Details:
Participants should submit a paper (maximum 12 pages, except for the
bibliographic references, which are unlimited), describing their work on
one or more of the topics relevant to the workshop. Accepted papers will be
presented during the workshop. Authors are requested to prepare their
papers by following the LNCS Springer instructions found at:
http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.

Publication:
If you wish, you can participate in a Special Issue that will contain a
selection of extended versions of several of the original and innovative
papers presented at TEAMAS2017. Selected papers will be published in
Fundamenta Informaticae (FI).
