The Organizing Committee for IEEE DySPAN 2017 is pleased to announce the
following modifications to the submission process for regular papers:

1) *Revised Deadline:* The submission deadline for Technology and Policy
Track papers has been delayed by two weeks to Saturday, 15 October 2016,
11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). This deadline will not be further
extended. Submit your paper before the final deadline!

2) *Longer Papers: *Both Technology Track and Policy Track papers can be up
to 10 double-column pages in IEEE format. More details on our CFP page
