The Organizing Committee for IEEE DySPAN 2017 is pleased to announce an
increase in the page limit of regular papers. Both Technology Track and
Policy Track papers can be *up to 10 double-column pages* in IEEE format.

These changes are the result of active discussions within the DySPAN
community to continue strengthening the multi-disciplinary and impactful
nature of the conference.
