*Authors of selected papers of the conference will be invited to submit an
extended/revised version of their work to special issues of IEEE
Communications Magazine, Computer Communications, Journal of Communications
or Mobile Networks and Applications.*

Proposals are sought that cover a wide range of topics and levels — ranging
from fundamentals to the latest advances in hot topic areas. Topics include
all areas related to consumer communications and networking.

*Demonstration Proposals: Due 18 September 2016

Proposals are welcomed on emerging and innovative technologies that have
potential commercial application from nascent and incubating companies. A
technology prototype can range from a mockup using computers (instead of
actual consumer devices) to a full-fledged collection of networked consumer
devices.

*For accepted demos, there will be a unique opportunity for a small number
of demonstrations to be shown at the International CES 2017 in the IEEE
Booth.*
